More of the Same in Web Usability

A recent book by the usability expert Jakob Nielsen (and Hoa Loranger) discusses the most common web site problems and how they've changed over the last 12 years. I went back and checked some recent client sites to make sure we hadn't committed any of the worst sins. It's amazing how many of the same problems still plague web designers. We are still too in love with our designs and sacrifice ease of use for a great look.
